Payment Terms

Booking will only be confirmed after receiving minimum 50% advance payment.

1. 50% Advance Payment: Booking considered confirmed only after 50% payment.

2. Payment Failure: If payment not received within 1 hour of booking request, booking will be automatically cancelled.

3. Balance Payment: Remaining 50% to be paid before start of the booking slot.

4. Payment Methods: UPI, Cash, Card, Net Banking accepted.

Note: In case of cancellation, the deduction will be applied on the full event amount, whether the advance is paid in full or half.

General Terms & Conditions

Booking time slot starts exactly at booked time, not when you arrive.
Late arrival will not extend the booking duration.
Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.
Any damage to property/equipment will be charged at actual repair/replacement cost.
Management reserves right to refuse service without refund for violation of rules.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Proper sports attire is mandatory for using facilities.
No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises.
By booking, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned above.
